Preview: 2019 AAU Cross Country National Championships

AAU Cross Country will hold their National Championship Race on Saturday, December 7 at the Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Recently, at the All Hawaii Championships AAU Karate National Team members competed in November 2019 in Honolulu, Hawaii. The team consisted of more than 35+ Athletes from all over the United States. Congratulations to all AAU Karate Competitors for bringing home a total of 103 Medals as follows:

Over All Individual Kobudo/Kata/Kumite:
- Gold Medals: 26
- Silver Medals: 26
- Bronze Medals: 33

Over All Team Kata/Kumite:
- Gold Medals: 5
- Silver Medals: 2
- Bronze Medals: 11
